What You’ll Want to Plan Ahead

In general, you should plan to secure your own camera packages and core crew ahead of time. This includes roles like camera operators, directors of photography, gaffers, and other essential team members.

We keep this flexible on purpose. Many productions already have trusted teams they prefer to work with, and we want to make sure you have the freedom to bring them in. If you don’t, we’re always happy to point you in the right direction or help coordinate options—but there’s no requirement to use in-house crew or gear.

A Simple, Straightforward Rental Process

We believe booking a studio shouldn’t be complicated. Our rental process is designed to be clear and efficient so you can focus on your production.

Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send over a rental agreement along with a request for a Certificate of Insurance (COI). After that, you’ll receive an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your dates.

The remaining balance is invoiced on your final rental day—keeping everything simple, transparent, and easy to manage.
